💚 Who We Are (Short Intro)

Rising Beyond the Bottle (RBB) is a community-based organization in Homa Bay County, Kenya, working to restore hope, dignity, and stability to families affected by drug and substance use.

Born from our community study “Silent Suffering: Challenges Faced by Spouses of Drug Users in Homa Bay County,” we exist to give a voice to the unheard and help families rise beyond addiction.

🌸 What We Do (Our Core Programs)

We focus on holistic family recovery through these programs:

🌿 Harm Reduction – Promoting safer practices and linking drug users to counseling and health services.
💚 Family Empowerment – Offering psychosocial support and small business training for spouses and families.
📢 Advocacy & Awareness – Fighting stigma, promoting understanding, and encouraging community support.
💼 Skills Training – Helping women and families start income-generating projects for independence.
